Vincent specializes in the provision of valuation and advisory services in relation to all kinds of tangible and intangible assets. He is experienced in leading and managing multi-national and multi-asset-class assignments.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Vincent has obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a degree of Master of Business Administration in International Management in the Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London.  He is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice), Member of Institute of Shopping Centre Management, Member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, Council Member of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, Member of the China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents, and Registered Real Estate Appraiser and Agent People’s Republic of China.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Vincent was the Head of Valuation and Advisory, Greater China and Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield and thereafter the Deputy Managing Director of Valuation and Advisory, Asia of Colliers International. He has gained over 26 years of experience in the valuation and advisory field and has been involved in significant and challenging projects located in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries around the world.
